Founder and CEO
Chris Brown is a two-time Olympic Rugby Coach and distinguished high-performance expert with over two decades of global experience. Originally from New Zealand, his professional coaching career began in Africa, where he spent several years helping teams compete on a national and world stage. He is globally recognized for propelling the USA Women’s Rugby team to a historic #1 world ranking in under 12 months, and for helping lead the USA Men’s and Women’s teams to their highest-ever world rankings, multiple World Series victories, and Olympic qualification.

Since concluding his time with Team USA after the Tokyo Olympics, Chris has helped the Kenyan Men's Rugby Team successfully return to the World Series and qualify for the Paris Olympics. He now works directly with individual high-performers, executive leaders, and organizations worldwide, transferring Olympic-level systems and methodology to drive unprecedented and sustained performance.
